Functional capacity: association with risk for falls, fear of falling and pain in the elderly

چکیده
Objective: to associate functional capacity with the risk of falls, fear falling, and pain in hospitalized elderly. Methods: cross-sectional study 130 elderlies. The following scales were applied: Activities Daily Living, Instrumental Morse Falls, Fear Falling Pain. Kruskal-Wallis test was used categorical variables Living Pain Scales Chi-square Falls. Spearman’s Correlation Coefficient continuous Scale. Results: most elderlies independent for basic instrumental activities daily living, had high little concern about possibility no pain. Those higher falls are those more dependence have falling. Conclusion: there an association between falling
